Dan's Music
Dan Hovey plays in a variety of
styles, and is in several bands that focus on specific aspects of his
whole musical spectrum. There is a jazz area here where you can hear
him play straight ahead. There is his band Bad Daddy! which plays
swingin' rockabilly, and there is GHz which plays in the style of late
60's blues-rock, mainly featuring the music of Cream, Jimi
Hendrix and Led
Zeppelin, along with a few of Dan's originals in that style. The fourth
category is a mix of things from previous bands from Dan's days in
New York.
